This low budget exorcism horror recounts the story of a woman who tags along to a series of exorcisms to try to find out what went wrong with her own mother's exorcism, where three people were murdered.

This film isn't released in the UK until 16th March for cinema audiences, but it's one that I'm looking forward to.  Ghost stories, and those of possession speak to people who long for contact from "the other side".  Whatever your personal feelings are, if you are able to believe that possession is not only possible, but can actually happen, then this film has the potential to be terrifying.

Will that put it in the same league as The Exorcist?  I don't know.  I won't be able to make any kind of comparison until I see this film.  What I can say is that many people do believe that these events are possible across the world.  Whether or not I believe is irrelevant, however, there seems to be an awful lot of evidence to back up the possibility.  For those of you who haven't seen "The Entity", I entreat you to find a copy and watch it closely.  The events in this film were recreated from a series of happenings that affected the life of Doris Bither; these were expanded upon for the movie, but the case history is itself quite shocking and thought-provoking.
